Ball Mason Jar Supplier in Manila

The growing trend of organic living and, not to mention, of posting one's involvement to it on Instagram has spurred the popularity of Ball Mason Jars as of late. They're very photogenic, I must say! A quick trip to Pinterest should get you itching to buy some for yourself.

Oh, the many possibilities!

DIY Project: Afghan Bag (Finished)

Here's the long-overdue update on my Afghan bag project. I actually finished this a month ago. It just took me a day to sew everything together. I was using a high-speed machine so a lot of its parts have crooked sewing.

I was gonna do a dark inner lining, but I realized I could use the inner side as an outer bag, too! So here's my reversible bag!

I did some beadwork and embroidery (my first time!) on the lighter side. Finally the used beads I've been keeping have been put to good use :)

Reusing Old Clothes (Afghan Bag Update)

Closet purging on-going.

I do this task at least twice a year to let my closet breathe. Anything that I haven't used for a year, and those that don't fit me either goes to an eBay box or a donation box. Rags are quickly turned into wiping cloths. But now that I've gotten hooked to re-purposing stuff, I've created a new box: Upcycle!

So here are the candidates for the Afghan bag project. I'm feeling good about the print and texture of these items. Luckily I don't use them anymore because they are about to be chopped up!
